Electric line - logic puzzle

"Electric line" is a logic game kind of plumber. The goal is to set up power line by rotating lines to provide electricity flow to all houses. At each level is given a certain amount of energy, and with each turn it decreases. Try to complete the level in fewer turns, saving more energy, which is summarized and displayed in the rating table.
